Reach the Red Tower area
Cross the opening drawbridge and follow the route into the red area. Look for two large red circular platforms and a red staircase leading to a blue building. The Map Room is the blue building; the Red Tower sits on the mountain above it.
The cited guide gives approximate coordinates of 3560, 1425 for the Map Room entrance and 3670, 1400 for the tower.
Earn five control-panel pieces
Later tower panels appear to accept rewards from any completed world puzzle. The launch guide recommends five nearby activities: a silent-room pointing puzzle, a beach timer handoff, a heavy-ball relay, a lantern basketball challenge, and a timed catcher/cannon puzzle.
You do not need to follow that exact list if your group already has suitable pieces or finds other puzzles first. This route is about minimizing travel, not enforcing a hidden order.
Cut the Red Tower key
Insert five rewards into the panel on top of the Red Tower and collect the gold key. Begin at the cutter beside the tower door, then follow each arrow down the mountain. The documented route ends at a cutter beside the Map Room stairs.
Place the shaped key in the entrance slot to open the Map Room.
Using the map without getting more lost
- Have one player read coordinates while another watches the surrounding landmarks.
- Say both numbers in the same order every time.
- Use tower colors and large transport structures as shared reference points.
- Treat third-party coordinates as approximate until your group confirms the exact marker.
Common failure points
- Assuming the five example puzzles are the only valid ones.
- Carrying the uncut key directly to the Map Room door.
- Missing an arrow because the group leaves the cutter before its animation finishes.
- Reading coordinates from a guide without confirming which in-game map panel or scale it uses.
